Terms of Use — Pharmexo

Welcome to Pharmexo (https://pharmexo.io/). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Pharmexo website and mobile application. By using Pharmexo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Pharmexo is a B2B platform that facilitates pharmacy-to-pharmacy trading in Jordan: listing items, placing orders, tracking statuses, and managing wallet/settlement features according to platform settings. Pharmexo is a technical and operational intermediary; it is not itself a drug manufacturer or distributor and is not a party to any patient treatment relationship.

2. Eligibility and authority

  • You must be a licensed pharmacy in Jordan, or an authorised representative of one.
  • You represent that submitted information and documents are accurate and that you are authorised to bind the pharmacy.
  • Accounts are for professional pharmacy-to-pharmacy use only, not consumer retail or direct patient sales through the platform.

3. Accounts and verification

  • Registration may require business details and documents such as a pharmacy licence for admin review.
  • Pharmexo may approve, reject, request more information, or suspend accounts under verification and anti-abuse policies.
  • You are responsible for credential confidentiality and for activity under your account.

4. Listings and trading rules

  • Listed items must be lawfully tradable between pharmacies under applicable rules and instructions.
  • Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, quantities, prices, expiry dates, and stated quality/storage conditions.
  • Do not publish off-platform phone numbers or addresses in listing notes in breach of Pharmexo communication policy.
  • Pharmexo may remove or restrict listings that violate policy or create operational/regulatory risk.

5. Orders and fulfilment

  • Placing an order creates operational obligations consistent with the order status shown in the platform.
  • Parties must follow statuses, timelines, and procedures shown in the dashboard/app.
  • Operational disputes should first be handled through platform channels; administration may intervene as reasonably needed to protect marketplace integrity.

6. Payments, wallet, and fees

  • Payments/settlements follow the mechanisms enabled on Pharmexo (including wallet features and limits where applied).
  • Platform commission or fees may apply as disclosed in settings or at checkout/completion.
  • You are responsible for accurate payout details (such as CliQ/IBAN) and consequences of incorrect information.
  • Minimum-order or shortfall-coverage conditions, when enabled, are shown in bag/checkout flows and form part of order completion terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, misleading inventory/pricing manipulation, or impersonation.
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees or move deals off-platform in breach of policy.
  • Abusing messaging/notifications or harassing other users.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or access another party’s data without authorisation.
  • Publishing unlawful content or content that violates Jordanian law.

8. Intellectual property

Pharmexo names, logos, interfaces, and software are owned by or licensed to the platform. You may not copy, resell, or exploit them outside authorised use of the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Pharmexo is a technical intermediary; product quality, expiry, and conformity are primarily the seller’s responsibility.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmexo is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from pharmacy-to-pharmacy trades or from parties’ operational decisions.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pharmexo harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, items/content you list, or unlawful use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

Pharmexo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for Terms breaches, marketplace-integrity risks, or lawful requests. You may close your account under the deletion policy (including waiting periods and blocks related to open orders/settlement).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and courts in Jordan have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
